Saleh, MSc and PMP (Project Management Professional), has 18 years of Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering and Construction project experience with Oil majors like Total, Chevron and Addax Petroleum on multi million dollar projects, primarily in management and coordination of engineering and construction multi-discipline project team over various contexts, such as Interface management, Business Development studies (FEED & Conceptual), Construction & Fabrication Yard set-up, Building contracts and Departmental management.

Norhayati Ahmad is a Director and Partner for SKILLTECH Training. With 23 years of solid experience in the field of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, she has spent most of her professional career at the Department of Electrical Services, the Brunei governing body for nationwide electrical generation and supply, under the Prime Minister's Office, before joining an engineering consultancy firm as a Director in April 2011, focusing on works related to Mechanical and Electrical as well as Civil and Structural.
