To accomplish this objective, Lylsens Sdn Bhd is developing a Quality Management System to ensure the highest level of quality in its processes and its ability to meet Client needs. The quality system shall be designed in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. This shall be a comprehensive system, completely implemented, documented and maintained.
This Quality Management System shall embrace:
• The determination of those processes necessary for the operation of the QMS
• The description of these processes and their interrelationships
• Methods that ensure the effective implementation, control, maintenance and improvement of these systems
• Systems to enable the measurement of the process performance and facilitate its continuous improvement

It is our goal that all documents controlling the management of quality shall be published and controlled electronically via secure Intranet and VPN connections.
Lylsens Sdn Bhd quality objectives are to ensure:
• Compliance - with specifications, standards, legislation or contract requirements
• Client satisfaction - with the services provided
• Performance - of the Quality Management System
• Continuous improvement - of Compliance, Client satisfaction and Performance
Ultimate responsibility for the achievement of these objectives and the conformance to the Client or the Company specifications, established standards and contractual quality requirements rests with the Managing Director, supported by Directors, Managers and Engineers with the responsibility and authority to implement Company policies. The Commercial Director is responsible for monitoring all aspects of the operation of this policy.
